Do you have a question about your order or a product on our website? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond to your email within 48 hours.
Adventure Textiles fulfills and ships orders within 3-5 business days given all of the ordered product is in stock. We do our best to keep stock up-to-date, but occasionally, things sell out. In the case of a product in your ordering being sold out, we will contact you via the email you provide. We will proceed in one of three ways:
1. The item will be substituted per the customer's approval for a similar item by the same maker.
2. The item will be substituted per customer's approval for an item of the same value.
3. The customer will be refunded for the value of the out-of-stock item, and the rest of the order will be shipped per the customer's wishes.
Custom projects and wholesale orders
Adventure Textiles reserves the exclusive right to accept or deny any custom project proposals or wholesale orders at any time. While we try our best to accommodate the ideas and requests that come through our doors, some projects are not within our production time-frame, our production scope, or studio capability. Adventure Textiles reserves the right to make these determinations on a case-by-case basis, and kindly requests your respect for our decision once it has been made.
Custom orders and projects are non-refundable. If you have a problem with your custom project or wholesale order, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs and concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Due to state-by-state differences, prices shown on our website are shown without applicable sales taxes. Per legal requirements, Adventure Textiles will assign 6% sales tax to items sold to buyers in the state of Michigan. Please note that sales tax will be calculated when your order is being fulfilled, and may vary from estimates in the event of law change.
